Projects in the Red House Park

The Friends of Red House Park hold regular meetings involving the community and council to discuss the future of Red House Park. A number of projects have been undertaken over the last few years and more details can accessed from this page using the navigation on the left.

Priorites currently are:

  • Roses - 300 were planted in December 2008 and 380 are on order for winter 2009
  • Trees - new Acacia trees are being planted
  • Monument - renovation is now complete and is awaiting a plaque and official unveiling
  • Play - new natural play area planned for 2010
  • Changing Rooms - need rebuilding and hopefully work can be done in 2010
